Follow EasyPak™ Instructions For Packing And Shipment Of EasyPak™ Lamp Recycling Containers

1. Unpack And Seal Bottom Of Box

Unpack EasyPak™ box. Close the bottom flaps in order (1>2>3). Remove adhesive strip and seal down final flap.

2. Tape Edges Of Box

With flaps properly closed, carefully seal all sides and corners of the bottom of the box with 3" wide plastic tape. DO NOT USE MASKING TAPE. DO NOT SHIPWITH EDGES OR CORNERS EXPOSED.

3. Insert Bag Liner Inside Of Box And Fill With Lamps Until Full

Place box in secure position. Fill in the "ACCUMULATION DATE" with a permanent marker in the space provided below. Before loading lamps, insert provided plastic bag inside box to act as a liner. Carefully fill the entire box with fluorescent lamps within the plastic liner and avoid breakage. EasyPak™ customer service can assist with broken or crushed lamps. 4. Seal Plastic Bag Inside Of Box

Fold plastic bag ends and secure with 2" or 3" plastic packaging tape. Make sure that the plastic bag is completely sealed.

5. Seal Top Of Box

Close the top flaps in order (1>2>3). Remove adhesive strip and seal down final flap.

6. Tape Edges Of Box And Fill Out Label

With flaps properly closed, carefully secure all sides and corners of EasyPak™ box with 3" wide plastic tape. DO NOT USE MASKING TAPE. DO NOT SHIP WITH EDGES OR CORNERS EXPOSED.

7. Recycling Certificate Information

If a Certificate of Recycling is required, fill in generator name (your organization) along with a site contact name, followed by address, city, state, and zip code for the facility that generated the waste. To access your certificate of recycling, please visit www.lamprecycling.com. Be ready to provide your FedEx shipment tracking number.

8. Arrange For Pickup

To arrange for pickup call FedEx at 888.777.6040 or log on to FedEx.com and select the "Pickup" tab.
