Due to customer feedback that too much time and energy was spent notifying management to order more containers, to process orders and/or re-visit our website, and for the review and processing of invoices, we have developed a process that will automatically order and ship new containers when you need them.
Available Options:
- For every container received for recycling, a replacement container will automatically be shipped to you. Your credit card will be billed and an automatic receipt will be e-mailed to you or you can opt to be prompted through e-mail to provide your credit card information. This streamlines the process, minimizing the amount of time and paperwork needed to have EasyPak recycling containers available at all times when they are needed most. - You can also schedule to have "x" amount of containers shipped to any of your facilities. This can be done weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually based on what you need. This scheduled shipment program can also be cancelled at any time online or by calling us toll-free at 888.640.6700
Recycling Certificates Now Available Online
Our customers have explained to us that while in many cases a Recycling Certificate is needed, that the certificate often is misplaced or given to the wrong person. So, as a result, we are now providing Recycling Certificates online! You can access your Recycling Certificate at any time by registering and entering your FedEx tracking number.
Online Container Tracking
In an effort to provide managers the ability to check on the status of all their facilities' EasyPak recycling containers, you can now track all of your containers through LampRecycling.com! This allows managers the ability to quickly determine whether facilities are filling their boxes and shipping them.
